Today I’ve tried a new tasty recipe…
In my fridge I have a piece of “peretta” a sardinian cheese with a particular shape and a sweet flavor and on the table there were some figs…I want to eat something special, but I could not decide what to prepare myself … and so I tried to mix the flavors and the result was surprising:
- Slices of bread(I’ve used whole grain bread)
- “Peretta” (or another soft cheese)
Brown the bread, put on each toast a slice of cheese, figs, a sprinkle of pepper and bake again just long enough to melt the cheese.
